Icon 4" lift?
As soon as the funds allow, I was gonna have an Icon 4" lift installed on my 2000 f350 srw cclb 4x4. I was wondering, if it'd be overkill to use dual shock mounts on the front and ladder/traction bars on the rear? I know it's only a 4" lift, but I want the best ride/protection I can get. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I would skip the dual shocks, pretty much a waste. They actually have to be valved the same as one to work properly.
As far as traction bars I would go with the One Up Offroad setup and you will be very happy! You still will have suspension travel, ride great, no weird noises, you can still tow and even incorporate air bags if you need them. |
