Waste oil into fuel?

Has anyone ever used something like this?
Diesel substitute, not biodiesel, black diesel fuel from motor oil dewatering filters

This is the wrong area for this here just so you know. as for waste oil i am working on it right now. I am not going to use motor oil. The reason i am not using motor oil is from my reading and what i have been told you can only do about 10% mix before it smells really bad. I am referring to the exhaust smell. In my case i am getting setup to run transmission fluid myself. I am almost there but running into some issues but it is due to not understanding the process of processing.
