Oil leak down the back?

Looks like I've got a oil leak down the back of the motor and onto the front of the tranny and oil pan I can't see where it's coming from any ideas?

Turbo pedestal? From what I understand, the rear mains rarely leak.

It's the HPOP most likely, if not then the turbo pedestal.

You may want to read through Marty's post about oil leak diagnosis. 99-03 7.3 oil leak diagnosis

It helps to degrease the motor completely, then run it, and see where it's coming from.

Could also be the lines going to the hpop, they have the tendancy to loosen up over time.
