Lost!

So I took my f250 to the shop because I couldn't keep o-ring on fuel filter housing to stop leaking,( turns out the previous owner had wrong cap). Truck ran good just not the way I thought it should. They cleared out about 8 codes and now idles like a dog turd then touch the peddle and straight to raped ape. It would only put out a little blue smoke if it sat and idled for about ten min and even then it was only a puff, now a lot of smoke during idle. Any ideas? Still very new to power strokes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
