electric 4x4 vacumn switch
Is there anyone else that may have had this problem, the control switch is located on the passenger side behind the battery in the engine compartment. It controls the actavation of the front hubs to put them into lock mode. I have had this unit go bad 3 times in the past 3 years. I have not seen any posts on this one and there are no recalls to date on the part. Ford says it has an updated part (updated 4 times since 2002) new for 2007. The only fix on the road is to bypass and reroute to have heater controls. Any help on this would be fantastic.
