2011 front clip on a 2000 f350

Was sitting here thinking today that it would be pretty cool to swap a 2011 front clip over on to my 2000 F350. Was wondering how big of a pain it would be?

I was at a concert and was parked right next to a CCLB '12 Super Duty and it's AMAZING how similar they are looking at them from the tail forward. I have the updated tailgate too but the body lines are so similar overall it was wild to me.

Putting the nose on would look terrific!
