Wheel bearing??

I have a grinding noise coming from my driver side wheel. Only when I drive. Goes away when I break and turn. Getting worse. Tire is also getting worn more on inside edge. Wondering if my bearing is gone. How can I tell when I jack it up and start tearing into it?

probably the easiest is to lift up the front on a jack, and push on the top/side of the tire in towards the fender-well. If it moves or has a lot of play - time to swap the units out.
