Tie rod ends on Y2k 2wd truck?

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out the front end of my truck. Brought it over to a buddy's to take a look at the ball joints, and they seem ok but we noticed that the tie rod ends are all greasy/leaking/split. I want to replace all the tie rod ends with XRF parts, but the descriptions I find all over the web are pretty weird. How many tie rod ends do I have on this thing, and what are they described as? So far I know there are left and right outers and inners, so that's 4 - are there any more?

There are left inner and outters as well as right inner and outters. Four in total and two adjusting sleeves.
