95 F250 258K bought it 6 months at 246K with its 2nd clutch, 2nd starter, and 2nd set of front ball joints.

47500 mi , 1 egr nothing else, but hey its not really broken in yet hope to get 1/2 million though

I just hit 240K last week. 3rd clutch, 2nd water pump, and about 5 sets of front rotors(maybe I need to drive a little easier?)

43k on a 04/02 build date F450. 04/02 = April 2002. No problems at all.
