got my truck back :woot:

well i got my truck back after blowing the eingine up
it is running real good that 14 mile eingine really woke up this truck
so wile it was at the shop i had them put in an intake and some newer gauges
along with my 4' turbo back

i have put about 100 miles on it since i got it back

so i am wondering should i get a tuner or wait a wile get some miles on the engine before going with the tuner cuz i am not about to blow up another damn engine

Personally I would wait a few hundred miles so the engine can break in. Maybe change the oil after 1000 miles too. Then I would go at it.

Not sure if you even have to break it in, but I would feel better doing it if it were my truck.

that is what i was thinking....i am pretty sure the engine is already broke in from the factory but i do not think it was designed to go balls to the walls right out of the gate and sure a **** not with a tuner

Worth the money... I have 2 of them, in the trucks, and the Edge Evo in the Excursion will get replaced with one. I got the one for the red truck used for $150, and had it reburned and tunes added for another $140, so I'm in it for less than $300... the other one cost me about $440 new. Well worth it... but make sure you got the supporting mods first, intake, exhaust, gauges.
