I'm going to do the 203 thermostat, i beleive it's worth it. I'm just trying to justify the Oil hose cross over, I kinda figured I could get the AIH fitting at a hardware store, any one know what size or a close size and Ill buy a couple..

The headers aren't the restriction you're worried about -- the downpipe is...

FPR = fuel pressure regulator

Putting a BB or a higher tension spring in there ups the fuel pressure from approx 50 to 80psi

Yeah your want the larger DP and exhaust to cool the egt's more then anything. Its not really a performance gain in hp so much as a cooling mod As far as I know people are running high hp out of stock manifolds.

Does raising the fuel pressure hurt anthing. I guess it helps atomize the fuel better. can that be done on a 2003 7.3l? is there a tech article written somewhere on that?

I ordered one of the springs from them. I figure whats 20.00, if it helps any it's a chance.

I guess the next thing will be a wicked wheel, I kinda like the slight boost I get at 1700 with the stk turbo wheel, but i guess it is not good on the turbo. Is there any other ones that work just as well as the wicked wheel, I have heard the WW has more wistle than the stock.
