Do the 2000 F250s have a 4 speed tranny.

HI i am new to the forum and was trying to find out if a 2000 ford had a 4 speed tranny and if so did all the fords autos have it or was there other trannys also. Thanks mike

The 4spd auto was the most common(4R100) it came as standard equip. You could get a 5spd manual but those were usually in fleet trucks or the XL. There was also a ZF 6sp manual as an upgrade for towing but those are harder to find depending on type of truck wanted
