Bleeding off fuel or oil?

So i replaced 8 injector cups and did all new orings and seals on injectors. Put it back together fired it up after a lot of cranking and ran fine. Flushed coolant system once started again drained then I let it sit over night. When I got off work today it took a lot of cranking again to start it. Is this still air in system or is something bleeding off?

Could very well be. how much did you drive it to run the air out? Could take several miles sometimes.
