2000 7.3 with zf6 mileage

Hello everyone. About two months ago i bought a 2000 f250 7.3 zf6 2wd with only 78000 miles on her. Its and ext cab burnt orange that was owned by an old man so its in amazing shape. I was curious what would be the best things to do for fuel mileage. I have read ups and downs about different tuners and intakes but havent made much of a conclusion. right now i get about 17.5 all stock but really hoping to cross the 20mpg mark.

^That exact truck I owned but w/ 130k miles. If I drove it very sanely, I'd get 22mpg in the city. If I dogged on it, I could hit 17mpg around town. I had diy intake and straight pipe.
