lack of power

Been awhile since I have had a 7.3 but seems like its a big lack of power. Some hills seems like can barely hold 70 and I should be able to go lot faster. Runs smooth starts good and doesn't idle rough. Only has 116,000 miles. What can I do or check? I am doing injector cups here soon cause there bad and putting a whicked wheel in it. Maybe im just use to my 6.0 but this thing seems gutless.

Seams odd. My truck does not struggle at all at 70. I travel up a couple of larger hills to get home and have no issues at all. Might be something wrong. Not sure what....

Compared to a 6.0 of course it will be a slug. But it shouldn't have ANY issues holding 70. Ran diesel kleen thru it lately? Changed the fuel filter?
