Adding to a lift

I have a 2001 4x4 with a zone 4 inch lift. It has front leafs an rear blocks I known in the rear I can just change the blocks but in the front can I just add a 2 inch shackle lift to my 4 inch leaf springs to get a six inch lift

You would need a hanger kit and not just a shackle I think. The shackle only moves one side of the spring down which will also change the angle of the drive line and push the axle forward a little. I'm no suspension guru so I am not saying its not possible, just not the way I would do it.

Dont do the shackle lift without hangers. I had that mess on my truck and it sucks.

Yea I found a hanger kit that looked good. I have 35 inch tires and looking to go with 37s next I should have listened to my friend and went with a six inch lift to begin with
