power steering pump problem

I've got a 01 f350 and the ps pump is forcing the fluiid out the fill tube. is this the pump or the hydrboost for the master cylinder? the pump takes atf in stead of ps fluid in case that helps with identifying the set up.
thanks for the info.

It's Both...

Is just fluid or "Foamy" fluid?

When does it do this? If you jack-up the ft wheels and turn the tires back & forth a couple of times, without the motor running, it will do that. That would actually be OK

Just fluid, but what u said makes sense it started when I replaced all the brake fluid and bled all the old out of the lines I started the truck to turn the wheels a few times to make the bleeder screws easier to get to. I used a vacuum pump to pull the fluid through but not over 25lbs, if that has anything to do with it. Its still doing it but not as bad as first.
