7.3 in Germany???

Ok so I am taking the AF's offer and moving to Germany for 3 years. The only problem is that I am not sure about is taking the rig there. I got a 99.5 7.3. I plan on her being a daily driver over there. The few things that concern me are one, fuel. Being cleaner diesel over there will it affect the motor at all. Running lean etc. two is driving her around town going to be a pain? and my final question and this is directed more towards people that might have been stationed there, what about the inspection for vehicles coming into the country. what all is required to pass? thank you all in advance.

It seems cost of fuel and driving on roads there would be a pain. Never been just making ASSumptions
