More turbo whistle
Ok today we were at builders and when i was sitting in the parking i saw a black strait cab stoke in the parking lot. When he drove by me i had the window down and the turbo on that thing whistled like no other. I did the foil delete and open air and 4inch to 5inch stacks and i get whistle but NOTHIN like this. If i put a whicked wheel on my truck do you guys think that it would whistle a whole bunch more. Thanx

Its really not a performance mod so much as a turbo longevity mod. When you tune up the truck the stock turbo can surge and shorten the life quite a bit. If you don't plan on running larger injectors and you want lots of whistle then go for it. If you do plan on bigger injectors down the road then I would consider putting the money on an aftermarket turbo instead. I don't plan on anymore mods other then some custom tuning and maybe a dual hpop so what I have will be sufficient.
