Anyone running Pro Comp 22210 or 24410 springs in the front?

I ordered a set of Pro Comp 22410 front leaf springs to level my F250 with the 4" factory block. They are a 4 inch lift spring. I was thinking that a 4 inch block would take a 4 inch spring to level it out. My front springs are flat. These things unloaded are 11" tall. Do they compress that much? Or is a truck with a factory 2" block already level and I should have bought the 22210 2" lift springs?
