NEED HELP!!!!

So i have not had my truck for about 2 weeks now and i need to fix it and i heed help!

The original problem was that i was driving normal up a small hill i heard a pop and it started to run really rough at idle and through the rpm range but smoothed out a little it felt as the high rpms were seen. but it sounds like half the engine is running

First thing was i thought i blew the up pipes as they were really loose and a lot of soot around them. So i ordered a t4 mount and everything o the turbo and everything is new.

That didn't fix anything it ran a little better but then when i drive if i get on the gas pedal it build boost quick and blows off the intake y but before that if i let go of the pedal it surges a lot i don't know if that is normal or not.

But then i was very confused so i found some other people saying check CPS, ICP, IPS so i changed all of them new and that didn't fix anything it may be a little smoother but the original problem is still there.

Next i checked i IDM i ohmed out all the connectors from the plug to the injectors, i got no shorts and all injectors were between 3.9 and 4.4 ohms.

Following that i don't know what to do i have a scanner but for some reason i can not get the live data to show while it is running but please help i need to get my truck fixed

I'd agree with your first thought. Did you check your CAC pipes and boots? Is it holding boost or building boost and then dropping off?

ya all my boots are new ishe i inspected all of them none are cracked or anything. but when i get on the trottle and it blows a little smoke it is like blowing smoke rings... like only half the motor is running right if that makes sense

well found my problem bent push rod # 7 cylinder i think the passenger side closes to the firewall

now how to fix it should i just put new push rods in or do i have to rebuild the whole motor what should i do?

the exhaust rocker carrier cracked building to much pressure then bent the intake pushrod

the problem now is it is running a little smoother but it is rough and it is smoking a lot white smoke and i dont know what it is now

a compression test or something
glow plugs
injectors

what should i do now??

Is the white smoke coolant or diesel? That is going to be the deciding factor on what your next step is.

Sold 2001 f250 ccsb 4x4 400/400, dual terminators, swamps 80mm bfh, headers, bts and all the usual supporting mods. 715hp fuel only.

im not quite sure i am compression testing the cylinders right nowto get an idea but i am pretty sure all the glow plugs are good cold the all ohmed out no shorts or opens
