cant access live data with scan tool

when i attach my scan tool it can not make a connection with my scan tool to see live data because i need to check my icp sensor and such any thoughts?

theres a fuse that is probably blown, you can check all your fuses or search on here for which one it is, my tuner wouldn't work because i had a blown fuse but for the life of me i could not tell you which one it is.

My pcm is on it's way out and my truck does that. Check the cig lighter fuse. That is the one that the obd2 port uses

ya i did the fuse is good and it will turn on the scanner and sense the truck but it does not sense the truck running
