I have a 2001 F250 4x4 7.3. The rear end has gone south and the tag # is S406H. Our local LKQ has 3 axle assemblies w/ tag #S141H, S136H , S138H is this cridical to my purchase. They are 3.73 and for 2000, 2001 trucks. Any suggestions or help.

Thanks bckmster.

As long as they are from a SRW truck with 3.73 gears, you will be fine.
