Service light Flashing

Ok so I have a 99 f250 with an Edge evolution programmer (yea yea yea i know chips are better but its what I got) On occation on hard acceleration (no load) on the extreme tune the Service Engine light will flick on and off very quickly. Doesnt happen offten but atleast seen it 5 times over the past year. Any ideas on why this is happening?

do you have a boost fooler? could be over boost

No I dont have one and I dought it is over boosting since I can only get about 20psi, I have a leak in my up pipe. It does remove the speed limiter though

yep i been getting the icp code a few times P1211 i belive. So what does that mean then? is my hpop not pushing enough oil to fire the injectors propperly?
