Injector cups?

I'm a 6.0 guy but looking at a 2002 7.3. The owner says that he stopped driving it when the CEL came on . He says there is fuel in the coolant. To me that says injector cups. My question is will injector cups cause the CEL to come on? Btw the truck is 400 miles away and has 160,000 , I've Only seen pics online.
