E99 Power steering pump going out.

I have an early built 99 F350 CCLB. I replaced the steering gear last year with a redtop gear. Made a world of difference. Now the power steering pump is going out. I was told not to get an A1 Cardone pump. So what's out there that I should install in the pick up.
The symptoms are that when in a parking space or just trying to turn the steering wheel when the vehicle isn't moving, it feels like it's manual steering. When I rev the engine it helps a lot. When just driving it feels like there isn't a problem.
Thanks in Advance

Mine is like that, I flushed the system and it didnt help and now its getting really loud when I turn the wheel.

As far as what pump to get I am just getting an Auto Zone pump with new reservoir for $60 and a $30 core charge when I bring back the old one. You can also rent the puller at AZ to remove the PS pulley.
