diamond eye 4" pipe routing question

I have it all mocked up and was wondering about the back pipe routing after the muffler. Is it normal to be this close to the spare tire and shock?

no the truck is a shortbed...where is this suppose to pass the tire and exit out the side? i centered the hump in the exhaust over the axle to give it max travel so just sorting out the back now

I just put the Diamond Eye 4" turbo back on my CCSB on Friday. The instructions say to hang the down pipe and muffler then go from there. It isn't that tight on mine around the shock/spare tire. Check the spare, maybe it isn't properly positioned?

any pics of the exit to give me an idea where it should be coming out..you know the arched piece which goes over the axle is your perfectly centered over it?

The apex of the pipe is probably 2-3" forward of the rear axle. As you twist tighten the pipe from the front rearward it will have an affect on how the tail section is positioned. You can twist the axle section to get it to fit better.

That's what it looks like to me too,,, you need a "twist"

Definitely NOT right where it is, I would try to take the highest part of the Hump (where it goes over the axle tube) and rotate it towards the center section of the rear axle (and making the tailpipe more horizontal, might need a trim on the TP length too) to see if you can't clear that up some. It's ALL too close.
