Is This A Torque Converter Problem?

I am looking at buying a truck but it has a loud noise that I would like a guess at the cause before I lay down cash. I found a you tube video that had another truck with the same noise. Please check it out.

Is this a starter dragging or a torque converter problem? I am not afraid of buying a truck with a problem as long as I have a guess as to what the problem is.

Does it sound like a bunch of marbles rolling around. If so its a converter

No it doesn't sound like a bunch of marbles. It is really a hard sound to describe that's why I found the video to give a idea of what it sounds like.

Bump. Nobody has any guesses? I just want a worst cast so I have an idea to help me set what I am willing to pay for the truck.

The sound quality on the video is pretty bad. I cant even tell what its doing
