Cool looking truck man! Turbo is stock on that, whether or not it has an aftermarket compressor wheel idk. From the pics the engine looks stock, minus the downpipe, and yeah you need to move the egt probe the the manifold. Also agree that you need paperwork to back up what trans is in it. Based on what the previous owner said if it has a chip or tunes, they are probably canned and generic. Go with PHP for good safe tunes.
Make sure you are running motorcraft filters for oil and fuel. I change both of mine at 5000 miles using rotella.
