AC Freeze up??

90 deg outside on freeway 6 hours everything ok.THEN warm air,and blower on high feels like low speed coming out.

Shut it all down for 1 hour, turned back on.All ok again.

Also high side goes over 400 at hot idle(cuts off comp.) until i cool off the NEW condensor with water.

Any feedback greatly appreciated

Usually an early sign you're low on gas is a freeze-up, what are your pressures like when you first turn it on?
