Dark blue CPS

I've been reading around about the dark blue CPS here and there and was wondering about your thoughts about it. I have the light gray one and it fails the cylinder contribution test on #3 and #8.

Many (or at least some) have switched from the light gray to the dark blue CPS for some time now and I was wondering what you think of it in the long run. I've read many posts about ordering, the actual replacement and first thoughts, but I don't find any posts with some long term use info.

Is it as good as the original black one, which seems to be sold out completely?
Does it fail like the black one?
Do you have increased mileage compared to the recall replacement light gray CPS?
Did anyone perform a cylinder contribution test with the dark blue CPS? What were the results?
Did you find another CPS, which is better than any of these 3?

Get a bwd or Delphi. I am not sure what ford Cps I have but it has a miss during idle and I think fuel mileage is lower.

I am currently checking out the new IH version, bwd, and Delphi. Truck runs smoother and getting good mileage. Some say bwd will stall while using intermittent wipers but I have no issues. I am currently eyeing the Delphi mileage, might be a touch worse on mileage than IH and bwd, not quite sure yet. Will be doing more tests during upcoming rd trip.

So what's the verdict? Do the Delphi's work well, and have you had any problems with them?
