PCM code

I posted this in the early '99 area also, but more traffic here...

I pulled the PCM from my red truck today, found AWA3... does this makes sense as pcm code?

There is also, in smaller letters,

EEC-V
DPC-401
F81F-12A650-AE
*H2PWA2X6VCB0*
NPF 8D22

My guess is the AWA3 is what I need to know... not the desired PMT-1...

Look in this photo of my PCM. Note the large letters NVK4. That is where the PCM code is written and how you should see it. None of the other jive matters.

Just look for the big 4 symbols.

cool... that's what I thought, thanks for the confermation... been wondering how meny were availble, and where the AWA3 fit into the line up, I've always heard the PMT1 is the most desireable... if there is a best, then there is also a worst... where does mine fall?
