BOOST what you got??

Ok, my truck is a 00 7.3 Crew Automatic 4x4... Doesnt appear to go much go over 15psi, and under a normal cruise or drive off situation I see maybe 2-5psi tops... Would this be normal for unmodified other than a NAPA Filter and 4"DP ??

I see some guys with stock turbos etc running 20+?...

I think I get 13-15 stock which is a touch low. with tunes and stock turbo I get 23 which is still a touch low and really low compared to others.

sounds like you need to do a boost leak test, exhaust leak, or something with your wastegate actuator. Try unplugging the red line that hooks up to your wg actuator. if your boost increases, then you either need to adjust it or replace it.

I have not leaks but cant get higher than 23. My factory turbo may need help though. I have a T4 mount style turbo setup coming, so we will see what results I get with that.

as far as stock boost; I think you should be around 18.

Sounds normal to me. When I had my 7.3 - I would only see 15-16psi MAX at WOT. Of course, that wasn't tuned. Tuned, you should see much more.

24-25 PSI with badly leaking up pipe. Bellowed ones have been shipped from RiffRaff. With PHP tunes I have we expect to see 30+.

Sounds normal. About what I hit with no tunes.
I can hit over 20 but that's 2700RPM or so towing a load up a hill.
