is my turbo broke?

every time i step on the throttle hard while going up a hill or if i turn my air condition on my truck sputters like the turbo quit working. if im driving normal just cruising around with out my air on or on flat ground i have no problem at all everything acts normal.....any ideas

Is it broke. No.
Do you have other problems. Yes.
Is there a CEL? Do you have gauges? Cause I can guess and guess but until you have either, no one can help.
