GPCM issues?

Sorry guys, i'm new to the site and have read a bunch of threads but still trying to trouble shoot. I got code 0676, did some basic test and all seems ok. Went ahead and replaced glow plugs for the whole driver side. harness looks good, valve cover looks good and connecters look good. Still get the code, however if i reset it may stay cleared all day or even couple of day regular driving. But then randomly code fires back up again. So replaced GPCM. same crap. switched the plugs to test that way and same code. But remember NEW module. Any hints since it will be ok for a couple of days and then freak out again. Usually throws code if it's the first start of the day. Thanks for any suggestions.
