While my tranny is out...

2000 4x4 6spd with 112K on it. I am in the middle of replacing my clutch so I have my transfer case, cross-member and transmission out and can't help but notice how much glorious access to the back of my engine I have! is there anything I should also check, replace, examine or test while I have the truck up on stands and the transmission out?

I looked at my up pipes, but if I'm really honest, but I don't know what to look for. I don't see any soot or carbon around the connectors, what else would I look for? The rear crank seal has just a little of what I would call residue but no seepage, but I understand they rarely leak so not a surprise.

Is there anything else I should be looking at? Thanks guys!
