Here is a picture of the Baldwin PA2818 on an early 99, cost me $36 for the filter and $3 for the PVC fitting. Shutterfly | Slideshow I think the Baldwin is a better filter than the NAPA but that is just an opinion. You can go to the Baldwin filters website and find an dealer in your zip code with a good price or I think there is a guy on this site that sells Baldwin brand filters.

every pic I see of the Evo 2 is the same...does someone have a shot of it actually in the truck cab? Is it pillar mounted or what?

I like the idea of it being all inclusive, less to buy-less to install!

Yea an early 99 takes a 3" 45 with 4" OD. An 02 will take a straight fitting with 4" OD.
