I guessing its normal, but I would get it cleaned off. The oil can deteriorate the boots and cause them to leak boost and in turn you loose power!

But yes...It is normal for a stock truck!

The CCV mod reroutes the Crank Case Vent so you don't have oil introduced into the intake.
