CPS compatability

Is a black F5TZ-12K073-A CPS for a 1994-4996 PSD the same as a black F7TZ-12K073-A CPS for a 1996-2003 PSD?

I was wondering the same thing earlier myself since I wanted to get a spare to keep in my console. I ended up just ordering the Delphi HTS101 from Rockauto.com about 2 hours ago. After looking online I could not find any complaints about it and everone that had used them said they were great, plus they look identical to the original black one.
