help me out guys!!

so my truck started doing this thing where if i start my truck i cant drive it unless its completely at operating temperatures.. if i try to drive it cold or a little less then operating temps it will die and is hard to start.. i also have a little bit of a rough idle.. what do i do!?!?!

what's the condition of the oil? i would also check icp and fuel pressure

Possible....remember your motor oil is firing your injectors. I'd change it first thing and go from there

alright cool. first thing in the morning im changing the oil, oil filter and fuel filter.. ill keep u guys updated

Start with the basics, oil and filters. After that, get the truck scanned, check the oil temp, I am guessing the truck is getting a bad reading when cold and cutting back fuel and oil.

alright.. so i changed my oil, oil filter and fuel filter today and it did the trick.. im amazed what some fresh oil and filters does to a diesel.. runs perfect now! thanks guys

That many miles on it you should have put some REV X in it, 2 bottles in the oil at oil change then one every oil change there after.

It's not the fact that it's a diesel, but the fact that is uses an HEUI system.
