this is in the bed of my new to me 99 F350 truck...i have only pulled bumper pull my whole life so dont know what this mount is for and where do i get the parts to complete?

Other than the ball it looks complete. Is there something in the hole? It could be a turn over ball. If it is, then in the left rear wheel well there would be a "L" shape piece going through the frame rail. Pull on it and you should be able to pull the ball out and flip it over. Also the U-bolts can just pull up so you can hook the safety chains to.

There should be, I believe a 7-pin plug anywhere in the bed. It could be hanging there like mine is, or mounted to the side of the bed.

My dad has the same one there beside the hole for the ball is a slot and there is a pin in there that you lift up with your finger and slide over and drop the ball in and then reverse the steps and your ready!! But all your missing is the ball..
