3 wires???

i'm running a wire to my 7 pin rv plug for a constant hot(battery charge) while i was under the hood i noticed on the drivers side between the fender and the brake booster there were 3 wires; red,white and a black that appear to have been left out from the factory...any ideas on what these are for? i've already checked and they have no power w/ or w/o the key on.

If you look under your dash by the fuse box you'll find te other ends of them. Owner access wires so you don't have to cut through te firewall if you were to wire in something.
