Wind Noise

I just purchased my F-250 a couple of months ago. I noticed right after I bought it that drivers door was rattling mainly when going around left turns on a bumpy road. So from my research here I did the weather strip mod hoping to stop the rattle. It worked like a charm! The only thing is that I noticed after I did this there was a lot more wind noise coming from the door that wasn't there before. It's not really noticeable until you are at 55 or higher. Has anyone else had this happen? I used the latex tubing.

I put some high strength d shaped window trim insulation on the door where it touches the cab/Rubber trim. Worked great for a year then the glue crapped out on me. I'm currently looking for some better stuff...
