need help installing isspro EV2 fuel pressure gauge

ok i've got a set of isspro ev1 gauges all setup already..so im in the middle of installing a seperate ev2 fuel pressure gauge that i just bought using their electronic fuel pressure sender on the back of the filter housing...

sender has a green wire, black wire, orange/red wire...in the directions they do not tell you what to do with this orange/red wire.. i would imagine it has to go to ignition but im not 100% sure..

further in the instructions they tell you to run a ground to the vehicle chassis, and orange wire to the dimmer switch, and a red wire to ignition? im not following what this seperate red wires function is?

my problem is the gauge illumination works fine, but the gauge itself doesnt read anything..when i jump the orange/red wire coming from the sender to the ignition the gauge does read 85psi which i can't imagine is right? thats with the truck idling...

any help is appreciated..

nvevermind i got it now..i was sent the wrong instructions..
