Fuel Pressure Question?

I installed the FRx(fuel rail crossover) from Riffraff on my 2001 F250.The instructions recommends the 62-65 psi spring in the fuel pressure regulator block. The other springs are 58-61 psi and 67-70 psi.I installed the 62-65 psi spring in my truck and it almost seemed like it tamed the truck down.Any ideas or recommendations on springs? My truck has sct w custom tunes,4" mbrp exhaust,Afe intake,Garrett 38GTPR turbo.Do I need to install bigger spring or is this safe for my truck?

Well it should quite it down, but if you feel its weaker try a different spring, that one might be weak
