ECM stuck with tune

I bought my f350 7.3 about a year ago and the other day I bought a superchip cortex 1950 mainly to fix the speedo but for performance aswell ,I pluged it in to find uot the truck already has a tune on it I called ford they said a reflash would not help any info short of new computer let me know.The thing I hate is I dont know what tune is in it so when I tow somthing I don't want to hurt anything.

the dealer just didn't want to mess with it. a reflash will fix your issue if Ford will actually do it for you
