Help: Tuner Chip Unknown

So, I purchased this 99 truck a while back. I was told it has a chip, the receipt from the banks exhaust and banks blow off valve says it has a chip. I have no idea where to look for said chip, what it is, how to find out.

Any suggestions?

I have a bully dog and a super chip programmer. Once I find the chip and type, are either of these items stackable?
