Overhead console for 2002 F250 Super Duty

Does anyone know if there is/was a Overhead console available for 2002 F250 Super Duty 7.3l Crew Cab 4 door? My truck did not come with one but did they make them for that year? 2002? If so would my truck wireing support it? if have the Diesel XLT 4 door? Just curious if anyone had done this

Thanks

I've got one. Maybe it was Lariat's and up
Think you have to get the wiring harness.
There's a few threads about this

from my research, you can install an onverhead console, there is a website that sells the kits or bodies new. if you don't have cab lights you can get the harness that just includes the overhead console, if you do, then you have to get one that has both. i have not done it yet, but i believe that the harness plugs in behind your passenger side kick panel, and then you have to run the wires up to the console, i will see if i can find another thread on it, hope that helps.

Yep thanks, i ended up finding that thread and the site that has them for sale. but it sounds like you were saying if you have overhead dome lights you need a console that has both included as part of the console? i havent seen that one. what they show is a console with with the two doors and hte computer for various readings MPG etc.

they are pretty expensive $189 for the computer with digital display and about $110 for the shell. I found the same exact thing without the wiring harness on ebay for $288 (shell and computer) My question is does and how does it connect to the PCM to get all of its readings.

I am definitely getting one, just need to wait for more funds, already dropped a pretty penny on Gauges and other stuff

it would be cool to find a console that was longer than that one that included replacing the Dome lighting and another compartment with a door on the end accessible by the back seat. I will keep looking to see if something like that is available, if you know of or find something like that send a post or a PM

thanks
