T444E interchange

So I have the opportunity to purchase a T444E out of a school bus to replace my 7.3 PS in my 03 F250, what i'm wondering is what parts are interchangeable. I know most bolt on stuff like AC compressors, alternators and fuel bowls aren't, but what about sensors and injectors and stuff. The guy started it up and it runs far smoother and quieter than my trucks engine does.
