Which Tunes to get???? Edge? Phoenix? TS?

Ok, I am about to order my gauges (going witht the ISSPRO tripple pillar pod) so i have a little time before i decide on which Chip i should get. I have read a little bit about the Phoenix 6 position on the fly as well as the TS version of the 6 positions. I also called a Diesel store and talked to a sales person about other stuff, he was recommending the Edge Evolution programmer.

I guess i am just trying to get opinions on the following, BTW, my truck isthe 2002 F250 7.3L 2WD - 6" lift and 35" tires are on order as well:

1. Edge Evolution II programmer
2. Phoenix 6 Position On the fly Chip
3. TS 6 Position on the fly chip

Or any other recommendations ???

I really dont do much towing so my application will be mainly for performance/power for Highway and in town driving

Any thoughts??????

Ok i am a little confused, if someone could enlighten me i would appreciate it. I thought the TS or Phoenix PHP chip was already Custom tuned. a couple of posts here say to go with the TS chip and custom tune it for PHP, TW, etc... i'm scratching my head...LOL - I guess i just dont understand how these work. i have seen pics if the actual chips and know they connect to the scanner port/connector under the dash, but i am a little confused how they are programmed. are they are pre-programmed before they ship? sorry for all the questions, just trying to better my understanding

They actually connect to the pcm, not the OBD11 port, didn't think it was gonna be easy were you? trees chip is the generic chip, it's the chip just about every tuner writes tunes for. You can get it with just the generic tunes that come on it but those won't be specific to your truck. Php and others have tunes they write onto the chips.

Or he could just get a PHP or TW etc that USE a TS style chip and save the cost of the TS chip AND the reburn from x company. Why buy it twice?

atvrider, LOL ... Yeah, Easy? right, got it, LOL, Ok so they connect to the PCM and not the Port, i am guessing the PCM is under the dash? or under the hood? Ok i know i sound like an idiot, but whatever, i am leaning, lol.

Alright so let ask this way. If i were to purchase the Phoenix PHP 6 position on the fly chip will it come already pre-pogrammed where all i have to do is connect it to the PCM? or do i need to do something to get each of the 6 positions Programmed first
